Slowly but surely getting a remake

Hey, all. Happy New Year and all that jazz.

I realized that I never updated on this page and did most of my updating on Twitter and even some of the Amino's. Black Diary is getting a makeover, albeit rather slowly. I've been doing some redesign for the characters, and thinking about improving the story. Attached you will find some WIP sprites of Shannon/MC and Alec, which are subject to change at any time as I progress.

Another big change for Black Diary is that it is going to be moved from Tyranobuilder to Ren'py. Tb is an interesting program to work in, but I find that Ren'py will suit this project better.

I'm thinking of using SketchUp for the backgrounds this time around. That, or Autodesk Maya, as I will be learning the program for the next couple of semesters (I'm majoring in Game Art.)

Fun fact: Black Diary was originally written in 2008  on FictionPress, and my inspiration came from when I was playing the game Flyff, and all of a sudden everyone disappeared. (I'm gonna assume I got kicked from the server. It really freaked me out at the time, though.)
